The hearing is set to start at 9 a.m. Orlando attorney Mark NeJame will be in the News 13 studio to provide analysis.
Zimmerman is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.
The trial is scheduled to start June 10. Defense attorney Mark O’Mara is seeking a trial delay, but prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda has objected. Circuit Judge Debra S. Nelson will hear arguments for and against the trial delay on Tuesday.
